Some pieces are made locally. Some are produced with partners elsewhere. We will always tell you which is which, on every product page, without hesitation. We think that kind of transparency is the least a brand in this space owes you

How long does delivery take?

We currently deliver within the UAE, with most orders arriving within two to four working days. The moment your order leaves us, you'll hear from us — we don't believe in leaving people wondering.
That said, life happens. If you're in an SOS situation and need a gift in a hurry, message us directly and we'll do everything we can to make it work. We've got you.

Do you gift wrap?

Akeed! By request, yes — and we mean that properly. Tell us your budget, share whatever's on your mind — a touch of florals, a personalised message, a specific feeling you want the moment to carry — and our team will take care of the rest. Every detail considered, nothing left to chance.

Can I return something?

Afaaa! We'd hate for that to happen — but yes. You have three days from receiving your order to return it, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it arrived in. Reach out to us and we'll guide you through it from there.
